FuseIQ's Agency Program is designed for agencies that want to offer AI agent orchestration as a managed service. White-label the platform, onboard clients under your brand, and manage everything from one workspace.
Agency Model Overview
As a FuseIQ agency partner, you can:
- Rebrand Completely — Every surface shows your brand, from login to dashboard
- Manage Clients — Each client gets their own workspace with your branding
- Set Your Pricing — Mark up platform costs and bill clients your own rates
- Provide Support — Handle client support through your own channels
- Scale with Demand — Add agents, workflows, and credits as clients grow
Getting Started
1
Upgrade to a Pro or Team+ plan — white-label requires Pro ($79/mo) or above
2
Configure your Brand Kit — logo, colours, company name
3
Set up your Custom Domain — your clients access the platform at your domain
4
Create client workspaces using the Team management features
5
Customize pre-built agent templates for your specific use cases
6
Onboard clients with your branded login link
Pricing Your Services
Agencies typically structure pricing in one of three ways:
- Fixed Monthly Retainer — Bill clients a flat monthly fee that covers platform costs plus your markup
- Per-Agent Pricing — Charge per deployed agent, making it easy for clients to scale
- Managed Service Fee — Platform cost + monthly management fee for ongoing support and maintenance
Use the ROI Calculator to build compelling business cases for your clients.
Client Onboarding Checklist
- Send branded login link with setup instructions
- Create and pre-configure agent templates for their use case
- Set approval chains for governance (see Understanding Roles)
- Configure output integrations (Slack, email, etc.)
- Run an onboarding call and walk through the dashboard
- Set up monitoring alerts for client workspace health
Reselling Best Practices
- Use the Analytics Dashboard to generate monthly ROI reports for clients
- Pre-build workflow templates for common use cases (support, lead gen, reporting)
- Set up heartbeat monitoring to catch agent failures before clients do
- Keep a staging workspace where you test agent configurations before client deployment
- Document client-specific configurations for smoother handoffs
💡
Start with one or two clients to refine your onboarding process before scaling. The Agency Guide has a complete testing checklist.
