Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

Paid subscriptions, credit packs, and marketplace purchases on FuseIQ are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record on behalf of NexGen Trading LLC, 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Ste 204 #9889, Miami, Florida 33137, USA. Your checkout receipt and payment records may list Paddle and/or NexGen Trading LLC. Platform services are operated by Abbasi Global Ltd, 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, UK.

2. Subscriptions

Monthly plans. You may cancel at any time from your FuseIQ billing settings or by contacting support@fuseiq.io. Cancellation stops future renewals. We do not provide prorated refunds for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.

Annual plans. If you are unsatisfied with an annual subscription, contact us within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date for a refund review. Refunds are not available after substantial usage of paid features during that period, except where required by law.

3. Free Trials

FuseIQ may offer time-limited trials (for example, a 3-day Pro trial). Trials that do not convert to a paid plan are free of charge. If you upgrade during or after a trial, standard subscription billing applies and this Refund Policy governs paid charges.

4. One-Time Purchases

One-time credit packs, execution packs, and marketplace purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or consumed. If a charge was made in error (duplicate charge, technical failure, or unauthorized transaction), contact us within 14 days and we will investigate with Paddle.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@fuseiq.io with:

  • Account email and workspace name
  • Paddle transaction or receipt ID
  • Date of purchase and reason for the request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK, EU, US, or other applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that may apply to digital services in your jurisdiction.
