Setting Up Your Brand
Custom Domain Setup
Custom domains are available on Pro ($79/mo) and above. To set up:
- Add your domain in Settings → Branding → Custom Domain
- Add the provided CNAME record to your DNS provider
- Wait for DNS propagation (typically 5–30 minutes)
- SSL certificate is provisioned automatically
Verifying White-Label
After configuring your brand, verify these surfaces are branded correctly:
- Login and signup pages — should show your logo and colours
- Dashboard header and sidebar — company name and favicon
- Email notifications — from your domain
- Help Center and documentation — your brand colours
- Pricing and marketing pages — if self-hosted
