- Human-in-the-loop review before emails, Slack messages, and integration actions send
- Risk-level routing — auto-approve low risk, escalate high risk

Open Approvals — pending items appear from Swarm gates, Chat Hub, and Communications.

Click an item to preview the draft message, payload, or integration action.

Approve to release, Reject with feedback, or Edit before send.

Paused Swarm workflows resume automatically after approval.
