What you can do

- Open paused runs from Approvals / Needs you without losing the deep link
- Jump to the gold file, cost, and send receipt for a run
- Filter by status, range, and source; export when you need a trail
Step-by-step — start to finish

Finish Instant proof or a field job, then open Proof.

Expand the latest Outcome Card — this is the file you can send, not a log dump.

When a job is waiting on you, Approvals → Open Proof lands on
/runs?status=paused with the run highlighted.4
Use status / range filters. Paused jobs are not limited to the last 7 days.

Proof is the customer-facing record. Approvals is the only send. Do not treat the kanban board as the HITL door.
