Analytics & ROI Dashboard
Track agent performance, monitor costs, and calculate your ROI with interactive charts, KPI cards, and a built-in ROI calculator.
The Analytics & ROI Dashboard provides real-time visibility into your entire AI agent operation. Every metric, chart, and tool is designed to answer one question: is AI working for you?
Accessing the Dashboard
Navigate to Analytics from the sidebar. The page is divided into five key sections.
1. Overview KPI Cards
Four glass-elevated KPI cards at the top of the dashboard give you instant visibility:
- Total Agents — Active agents in your workspace
- Calls Handled — Total executions in the selected time range
- Cost Saved — Estimated savings vs. human labour, with live-pulse animation
- ROI % — Effective return on platform investment, with live-pulse animation
Each card displays a delta indicator showing trend direction (up/down from previous period). The header also includes a time range selector (7d / 30d / 90d) to filter all data.
2. Performance Trends
Two interactive charts visualize your agent execution trends:
- Area Chart — Execution volume over time with brand-primary→accent gradient fill. Hover to see exact values on any date.
- Bar Chart — Daily execution breakdown with gradient bar fills. Displays the most recent 14 days.
Both charts use brand-gradient SVG defs and custom glassmorphism tooltips. Time range is controlled from the header selector.
3. Agent Breakdown
The Agent Breakdown table shows per-agent metrics including:
- Agent name with colour-coded status indicator
- Total executions in the selected range
- Execution cost (computed from model pricing)
- Efficiency bar — visual fill showing utilization rate
- Hours saved — agent time vs. human-equivalent time
The table includes a totals footer with aggregated metrics. Mobile view stacks agent rows for readability.
4. ROI Calculator
The ROI Calculator is an interactive tool that computes your platform return on investment based on three adjustable inputs:
- Number of Agents — Slider from 1 to 50 agents
- Hourly Rate (Human) — Average human labour cost ($15–$150/hr)
- Monthly Platform Cost — Your FuseIQ subscription cost ($100–$5,000)
The calculator outputs three computed metrics:
- Hours Replaced — Total agent hours vs. human equivalent
- Monthly Savings — Net savings after platform cost (live-pulse when value changes)
- Effective ROI — Return percentage. Every $1 invested returns X dollars
The calculator is collapsible — click the section header to show/hide it.
5. Time Saved Breakdown
A horizontal bar chart breaks down time saved across five categories:
- Customer Support — automated ticket responses
- Data Processing — batch analysis and transformation
- Lead Qualification — prospect scoring and routing
- Code Review — automated PR analysis
- Reporting — scheduled report generation
Below the chart, an impact summary grid shows: Hours Saved, Cost Saved, Full-Time Equivalents, and Productivity Gain (+32%). A "Deploy Another Agent" button links directly to the Marketplace.
Exporting Data
Use the Export CSV button in the dashboard header to download all current data as a CSV file. The export includes a KPI summary row plus per-agent details. Filename includes the export date.
