Team vault inventory visible and agents grounded on workspace docs
Updated July 19, 2026
5 min read
Open Knowledge Vault from the sidebar. Docs work can cite.
What you can do
- Workspace-scoped Library — team members share the same inventory
- Knowledge bases + uploads (PDFs, docs, URLs) with Ready status
- Memory Map (Graph) — bases, documents, retrieval heat
- Memory Index orientation for FuseMind / Swarm (Consolidate optional)
- Citations when FuseMind or Swarm retrieves real snippets
Step-by-step — start to finish
1
Confirm the workspace switcher — Vault is per workspace, not per person.
2
Open Knowledge Vault (Pro+ or Pro trial).
3
Create a base (optional), then upload files or URLs; wait for Ready.
4
Use Library search; open Graph for Memory Map density (Focus / Balanced / Wide).
5
Test in FuseMind — responses should cite Vault when matches exist. Use Consolidate on Graph if you want a fresh Memory Index for agents.

💡
Empty on this workspace does not mean deleted — check the workspace switcher or "Your files are here" discovery. Quality beats quantity: start with 3–5 core SOPs.
