Library vs Memory Map

• Library — source of truth for documents, upload, search, and bases
• Graph / Memory Map — optional view of bases, documents, and retrieval heat (density: Focus · Balanced · Wide)
• Click a document on the map to jump back to Library preview; click a base to focus that cluster

Team inventory (no false-empty)

The Library loads through a server path after membership check so browser edge cases do not show an empty vault when files exist. If this workspace truly has zero docs, you will see honest empty guidance — and, when you belong to other workspaces that have inventory, a Your files are here list with switch actions.

Embeddings (fail-closed)

Semantic search needs a real OpenAI-compatible embedding provider (workspace BYOK or platform path). FuseIQ never returns silent fake vectors — if embeddings are unavailable you get a clear notice and keyword search still works.

What you can upload

• PDFs, text files, and URLs (product docs, policies, playbooks)
• Organize into Knowledge Bases per team or project
• Semantic search ranks by meaning; keyword path remains available

Setup steps

Memory Index (orientation for agents)

On Graph, the Memory Index panel shows compact pointers (workspace, bases, heat). Use Consolidate to refresh durable orientation for FuseMind and Swarm. Uploads and deletes also refresh orientation in the background. The index is a map — full text still lives in Library.

Knowledge Vault requires Pro or higher (or an active Pro trial). If locked, check Billing or claim the Discord community perk when available.
