Understanding the 3-Day Free Trial
How the auto-activated Pro trial works, what's included, and what happens when it expires.

Every new FuseIQ account receives a 3-day free Pro trial. No credit card required to sign up — you get full access to explore the platform before making any decisions.
Auto-Activation on Signup
The trial activates automatically when you create your account. There's no promo code to enter or setting to toggle. You're immediately on the Pro plan with all features unlocked.
What You Get During the Trial
Full Pro plan access for 3 days:
- Up to 25 agents
- 8K monthly executions
- 25GB storage
- RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
- All Agent Forge templates
- Full Swarm Canvas access
- Chat Hub, Co-Pilot, and Knowledge Vault
- Fuse Depot template browsing and installation
Trial Countdown
A countdown timer appears in the header bar showing how much time remains in your trial. You'll see it at all times so there are no surprises.
What Happens on Expiry
When your 3-day trial or referral month expires:
- Your workspace moves to Starter — data is never deleted
- Extra agents are paused (oldest agents stay active)
- Pro-only features show an upgrade prompt with a link to Billing
- A banner in the header explains what changed and how to restore access

How to Upgrade

Go to Billing in your dashboard

Click Change Plan

Select Pro ($59/mo) or any higher plan

Enter payment details via Paddle

Upgrade takes effect immediately
💡
You can upgrade during the trial to keep Pro features without interruption. If you upgrade on day 1, you keep your 3-day trial as a buffer before billing starts.
