Every new account gets a 3-day Pro trial:
- Auto-activated on signup — no promo code needed

- On expiry: automatically downgrades to Free unless you upgrade
- Upgrade at any time to keep Pro features
How Credits Work
Credits are FuseIQ's unit of AI usage. One credit equals roughly one LLM API call of moderate complexity. Costs vary by model. With Managed Keys, rates include a small markup:
- OpenAI — $0.03/1K in / $0.06/1K out
- Anthropic — $0.015/1K in / $0.075/1K out
- Kimi — $0.008/1K in / $0.032/1K out
- Google — $0.01/1K in / $0.04/1K out
- Perplexity — $0.02/1K in / $0.08/1K out
Managed Keys Markup
Managed Keys carry a small markup to cover pooled account overhead, encryption, and usage monitoring. The markup is approximately 15-25% over provider list prices. A $50/month cost cap is enforced by default to prevent unexpected charges — adjustable in Settings → Providers.
Paddle Billing
All payments are processed securely through Paddle. Paddle handles invoicing, tax compliance (including EU VAT), and subscription management. We never store your payment details on our servers.
Upgrading Your Plan
Discord Community Perk (1 Month Pro)
Platform default: 3-day Pro trial on signup on signup — no code required. Discord community perk: Discord community perk: first 500 members get 1 month Pro — code in #resources only, not on fuseiq.io or public social posts.
- Join the FuseIQ Discord community (link in Help footer and site header)
- Copy the community code from Discord #resources only. Enter it on Billing
- Slot counter on Billing shows remaining community seats in real time
- Referrers earn +200 credits when someone redeems their personal code
What Happens on Trial/Plan Expiry
- Trial or referral month ends — Downgrade to Starter. All data is preserved.
- Agents over limit — Paused automatically, never deleted. Upgrade to resume them.
- Pro features used — Locked with an upgrade prompt; workspaces and vault content remain intact.
- Subscription lapses — Same safeguards apply until you upgrade again.
