Onboarding Wizard & First-Time Experience
Step-by-step guide through the FuseIQ onboarding flow — set up your workspace, connect your first agent, and launch your first workflow.
When you first sign up for FuseIQ, the Onboarding Wizard guides you through workspace setup, provider keys, and your first win in Chat Hub or Agent Forge. This takes about 5 minutes.
Step 1: Account Verification
After signing up, check your email for a verification link. Click it to confirm your account. Your 3-day Pro trial starts automatically on signup — full access to all features with 25 agents and 8K monthly executions.
Step 2: Create Your Workspace
The wizard asks for your workspace name and role. This creates your team space where all agents, workflows, and settings live. You can invite team members later from the Team page.
Step 3: Connect Your First LLM Key
Choose between two options:
🔑 Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or other provider API keys. Token costs bill to your provider; FuseIQ charges a 15% orchestration fee from credits.
☁️ FuseIQ Managed Keys
Use FuseIQ's pooled provider accounts. Single credit balance, no individual keys needed.
You can switch between modes anytime in Settings → Providers.
Step 4: Dashboard Tour
The wizard ends with a quick tour of the main surfaces:
- Chat Hub — @mention agents, approve integrations, export conversations
- Co-Pilot — platform assistant with quick actions and provider picker
- Agent Forge & Swarm — deploy agents and build multi-agent workflows
- Knowledge Vault — upload docs and ground agents (Pro+ and referral Pro)
- Billing — enter your Discord community code for 1 month Pro
