FuseMindis FuseIQ's default workspace agent (Free+ with query / credit caps). It plans, researches, and executes platform tools with HITL gates, Knowledge Vault grounding, and Eval Studio alignment when you use quality gates.
How to use FuseMind (current UI)
1
Open /chat — no separate /fusemind page.
2
Use job cards (Unblock me, Ask my docs, Save me time, Research, Remember, Build) or type an outcome.
3
While a run is active, watch the phase rail: Orient → Plan → Retrieve → Act → Prove. Status text shows the current step.
4
Read the Guide or Tools · … chip under each reply; expand tool trace when shown.
5
When Vault returns no matches, use the in-chat Open Knowledge Vault CTA and upload text-based PDFs or docs on the active workspace.
6
When local tools fail offline, use Set up Fuse Link in chat or the side rail pairing panel.
Run phases & task budget
- Orient — loads workspace memory and Vault orientation when available
- Plan — chooses tools and approach
- Retrieve — Knowledge Vault / memory search when the task needs docs
- Act — tools under product gates (HITL when required)
- Prove — finishes the turn with a clear trail (and may capture durable playbook notes when the answer looks like an SOP)
- Task budget — step limits by mode; if you hit the budget, ask to continue or narrow the goal
Platform tools FuseMind can call
- Swarm Canvas — list_workflows, trigger_workflow, design_workflow
- Ops Kanban — create_task, live blockers via workspace insights
- Agents — list_agents, deploy_agent
- Knowledge Vault — knowledge_search with citation chips
- Approvals / status — pending HITL and platform health
- Web — web_search, fetch_url when external evidence is needed
Runtime (usually automatic)
- Default — autonomous tool loop when the task needs action
- Deep — complex multi-phase solver when adaptive depth is automate
- Memory — durable preferences via side rail and LEARN lines; Vault orientation when consolidated
- Eval — optional workspace policy: eval gate before Swarm Run/Deploy (Settings → Swarm)
Sessions & MCP Connect
1
Use the session bar to create or resume saved conversations.
2
Register MCP servers in Settings → MCP Connect.
3
In Swarm MCP nodes or FuseMind mcp_call, use serverId.
Fuse Link
Pair Fuse Link for local git, shell, and browser when cloud tools are not enough. Generate a code in chat or the side rail, run the pair command on your machine, keep the daemon running. Manager+ roles can revoke paired machines.
💡
Start with job card Unblock meor ask: "What needs approval or is overdue?" for a data-backed workspace audit.
