Builder checklist (/ship)
Install on any site
Copy the widget once. This is a paste — not a Shopify App Store app or WordPress plugin.
- Shopify — Online Store → Themes → Customize → Footer → Add block → Custom liquid. Paste the widget snippet → Save. If you do not see Custom liquid: Edit code → layout/theme.liquid, paste just before </body>.
- WordPress — a header/footer plugin, or Appearance → Widgets / Footer Custom HTML, before </body>.
- Anything else — same tag in Webflow, Squarespace, Google Tag Manager, or a React/Next layout. No SDK per platform.
- Not Amazon, Etsy, or eBay listings — those pages block third-party chat scripts. Put the widget on your own storefront. Listing and review work stays in Console with approval.
What visitors see
- Floating launcher that expands into a chat door. Closed, it does not cover the host page. Theme follows the page (light/dark).
- Optional always-open panel iframe: /embed/{agentId}?token=…
- Same governed runtime as Console — chat + knowledge + meter
- No FuseIQ login required for visitors
- Any role you wrote into the agent — not only support. Optional data-position="left"
- Swarm, HITL send, and operator tools stay in Console
- Store owners read the thread in Inbox, not inside the bubble
